2. Description of Services
Calgary Solar Installer provides a lead generation and quote matching service that connects homeowners with licensed solar installation contractors in their area. We do not directly install solar panels. Any installation work is performed by independent third-party contractors.
3. SMS Terms and Conditions
When you provide your phone number and consent to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms:
- Program description: You will receive SMS messages from Calgary Solar Installer and its authorized partners regarding your solar quote request, follow-up communications, appointment reminders, and promotional offers.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the consent checkbox on our quote form and submitting your phone number.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent after opt-out is processed.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at (888) 472-7600 for assistance.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
- Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
- No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Supported carriers: All major US and Canadian carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement or obligation to purchase. Quotes are estimates only and are subject to on-site assessment by the installer. Pricing and availability may vary by location and contractor.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting your quote request. Providing false or misleading information may result in an inaccurate quote or denial of service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Calgary Solar Installer or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party contractors, partners, and service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or quality of work performed by third-party installers. Any disputes regarding installation work should be directed to the contractor.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calgary Solar Installer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
